In the DDB group, RAPP is the agency where everything revolves around client relations between people and brands, or between people and organizations. We win clients and keep clients, and at the same time we try to maximize the value of the client relationship. Value, that is, in terms of size, euros and loyalty. In our international network we call this: Marketing Direct. And the RAPP network is the largest in the industry, worldwide.
The hallmark of our culture is the obsession with our clients' clients. Why did they become clients in the first place? When and why did they bail out? What are their daily concerns? Where can I find them, and when are they most receptive to our message? We have given this drive a name: Customer Obsession. It unites the boundless need to analyse and interpret data, the quest for client insights, our ROI drive, and an integrated, creative, cross-medial approach. After all, the time in which brands could only contact their clients directly through mailings now lies in a distant past. Nowadays, consumers are 'always on': through channels such as the Internet, mobile phones and interactive TV, brands have the opportunity to connect to their consumers in more, different and interactive ways.
The channels we use on a daily basis are very varied. From (DR)TV to websites, from email to point-of-sale material, from radio to direct mail. The crux is that its use must affect the direct relationship between brand and consumer. And that it has to create a real increase in client value.
